1. GRANT OF LICENSE

ZEAM Labs, LLC ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the ZEAM software ("Software") solely for personal evaluation and non-commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

  • Use the Software for any commercial purpose
  • Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend the Software to any third party
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
  • Use the Software in any production environment

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software is protected by patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights owned by Licensor or its affiliates. This license does not grant you any rights to patents, trademarks, or other intellectual property beyond the limited evaluation rights expressly stated herein.

4. PATENT NOTICE

The Software embodies inventions covered by one or more pending and/or issued patents. Commercial use, implementation, or deployment of the Software or any technology derived therefrom requires a separate commercial license from Licensor.

5. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
