Privacy Policy

Overview

ZEAM Labs, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates zeamlabs.com, zeamprism.com, and the MCP endpoint at mcp.zeamprism.com. This policy describes what information these surfaces collect and how it is used.

What We Collect

These are static HTML pages. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic. The analytics script is served from our own domain rather than loaded from Google, so no third-party script is injected into the page, but the measurement data still reaches Google. We collect:

• Server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Used for security and operational purposes.
• Analytics — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP, and browser/device type. Collected via Google Analytics and processed by Google.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets _ga and _gid in your browser to distinguish returning visitors. You can block or delete them in your browser, or use a Do Not Track or content-blocking extension, without affecting the site.

When an agent calls the MCP service, we collect:

• Wallet address — the EIP-191-signed identity of the caller. Used to authenticate and bill the call.
• Call metadata — the tool invoked, the chain, the RPC method name, and a timestamp. Used for billing reconciliation, rate limiting, and operational debugging. Method parameters (e.g., on-chain addresses being queried) are not retained beyond the immediate request/response cycle.
• Settlement records — the on-chain x402 payment proofs. Recorded for accounting and dispute resolution. These are public on-chain data by construction.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, request timestamp.

We do not require email signup, do not issue API keys, and do not maintain a traditional account system. The wallet address is the only persistent identifier.

How We Use Information

• Bill calls and reconcile settlements against on-chain deposits
• Enforce rate limits (per IP and per wallet)
• Maintain service security and prevent abuse
• Debug operational issues

Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade information. The one third party that receives data is Google, which processes the website analytics described above. Nothing from the MCP endpoint — wallet addresses, call metadata, settlement records — is shared with anyone. Settlement transactions appear on the Base chain and are public by the nature of the chain.

Data Retention

• Server logs — 30 days, then deleted.
• Analytics data — held by Google under the retention period configured on our Google Analytics property. Google's own handling is governed by its privacy policy, not this one.
• Call metadata — retained for the lifetime of the wallet’s ledger state. Used for billing reconciliation.
• Settlement records — retained indefinitely for accounting. Equivalent records exist permanently on-chain regardless.

Your Rights

If you are the principal of an agent using the service and you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with your wallet identifier. Contact us at info@zeamlabs.com to exercise these rights.

If you are simply a visitor to the websites rather than the principal of an agent, the only personal data we hold about you is website analytics. You can prevent it entirely by blocking cookies or using a content blocker, and you can ask us to delete what has already been collected at the address above.

You can stop new collection at any time by ceasing to use the service. On-chain settlement records are immutable by the chain’s nature and cannot be deleted.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
